ILLUSTRATION - petra borner

i spotted this book from right over the other side of the store in borders recently. the image just shouted out at me as something i would like. on closer inspection it turned out to be by petra borner, who is quite well known in blogland. saw it again weeks later in paperback and this time it was in a different colour. petra is well known for her illustration especially her work with cacharel.
