FABRICS - megan carter / cotton + steel

Designer Megan Carter has her premier fabric collection with Cotton + Steel launching this month. Called 'Emilia' it is an English inspired range of sophisticated floral on cotton, rayon and canvas. Influenced by botanical flowers, Art Nouveau and Art Deco, the designs are a bit of an eclectic mix of patterns from the past with a fresh, contemporary twist. The designs have been scaled down to a lovely dainty scale ideal for home sewing and particularly quilting and are named fabrics taken from iconic British Women from across this last century.
