DESIGNER FOR HIRE - sara rain

Sara Rain is a new entry in the P&P Designers for Hire Directory. Sara is half-Scottish and half-Japanese and grew up in Scotland where she studied fashion design at Gray's School of Art. Sara worked at luxury brand, Strathberry and at screen printing studio Laura Spring, before moving to Japan 5 years ago. Sara wanted to spend time with her grandmother, and experience life in Japan. Her style is playful and happy, yet contemporary and sophisticated. She is often inspired by her travels and the people and colours she encounters across the world. Sara is particularly interested in folk art and ancient practices and loves to re-imagine traditional motifs to create colourful and modern designs which bring joy! Her latest collaboration was with Epson to create patterns for their Creative Print app. Sara would welcome commissions and licensing opportunities!
