GRADUATES - abspd coursework

Today we have a showcase of work from the talented students from the "Creating your professional identity" Module by The Art and Business of Surface Pattern Design . This is an online e-course run by surface pattern designer Rachael Taylor, (with whom Print and Pattern offer an annual scholarship). The first designs are from students who took the course in April 2017 and were created over the course of five weeks. We begin with a lovely leaf print from Narissa Davidson and below waves of pen and ink lines by Claire Sweet.

DESIGNER - tiny garden

Today we have a sneak peak of the latest print collection by The Tiny Garden Design Studio based in The Netherlands and run by Maria Vashchuk. The collection called 'The Blue Lagoon' was inspired by summertime flowers, delicate embroidery and calming walks along the seacoast. LATEST WORK - the patterned peacock

Dana Saulnier is the creator behind The Patterned Peacock, a studio just outside Cambridge, Massachusetts. She has licensed her work on a variety of products including gift bags, greeting cards, journals, wrapping paper, and fabric. Dana adores creating playful characters and prints and has just added new designs to her juvenile portfolio.
